Trevor has become a professional skills coach with an extensive background in administering hockey programs to minor hockey players, coaches and officials. In the summer of 2013 Trevor decided to take his knowledge and skill sets to start up Morgan Hockey Development.

Trevor is currently the Skating and Skills Coach for Australia’s U13 and U17 Programs.  Trevor will be heading to Australia in January of 2019 to work this these respective programs.

Trevor was selected as an Assistant Coach for the 2015 PW Prospects Cup, Head Coach for Zone 4 for the 2016 Alberta Winter Games and a Head Coach for the 2017 PW Prospects Cup.

Trevor is currently under contract with the Bow Valley Hockey Society where he is the Manager of Hockey Operations.  This is an exciting and challenging position that is very rewarding.  Trevor is proud to be a part of BVHS as both the MHO and a Member.

Over the past 15 years, Trevor has worked for several hockey schools, and associations where he has coached, instructed, mentored and evaluated players and coaches from Timbits to Jr age categories.  Trevor has worked with players playing in the SJHL, AJHL, and WHL.

Trevor has also been apart of several Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta Elite Tournaments in a variety of roles which include the following:  2011- World Sport School Challenge- Director of Operations, 2009- Alberta Cup- Chair,  2009- Esso Women’s National Championships- Director of Development, and the 2008- IIHF World Women’s Hockey Championships- Director of Operations.

In 2009, Trevor was hired by Maverick Sports Management and was responsible for starting up and directing Made in Canada Hockey Development where he was the Director of Hockey Development.  Trevor was influential in taking MIC from the infant stage to growing it to becoming one of Calgary's leading hockey development companies.  During this same time frame, he was also the GM of Elite Sports Canada where he ran two of Western Canada’s largest Hockey Tournaments, the Alberta Champions Cup and Stampede Challenge.  Trevor was also a part of a group that created and developed the Wild Horse Hockey League.  Trevor eventually became the Manager of Operations and look after the overall administration of WHHL Men’s Hockey League.

Before Maverick Sports Management, Trevor worked at Hockey Calgary, where he was the Senior Manager of Hockey Development for 5 years. He was influential in creating several development programs which included a coach mentorship program, official’s power skating camps and clinics, position specific camps, summer camps and clinics and the Novice Development League. Trevor has been an on ice lead, and also sat on several committees with Hockey Alberta, and Hockey Canada over the years.
