Athletes- Our overall focus is to build athletes first.  By developing an athlete first approach we will ultimately create better well rounded hockey players both on and off the ice.

Work Ethic- MHD believes that a good work ethic is the cornerstone to creating well rounded athletes.  Through inspiration and motivation, we inspire and demand our participants and staff to give a 110% effort.

Confidence - We believe that building the confidence and overall skill sets of our participants and staff is the most important attribute to our programs.  We feel strongly about developing our participants overall character and by doing so, we create better skilled hockey players.

Integrity - We operate MHD with integrity at all times.

Respect - MHD recognizes that our participants are the cornerstone for our success. We will respect our participants and partners at all times.  We pride ourselves on offering programs in a respectful manner that provides an opportunity to success.

Teamwork - Teamwork is everything.  Our staff will work in synergy to create a positive team dynamic.  We will instill this mindset into our participants emphasizing a team first approach.

Leadership - We strive to provide leadership through our programming and initiatives. We envision what needs to be done and or changed, and we motivate ourselves to make the necessary changes through feedback and evaluation.

Attitude - Attitude is everything! Our positive attitudes are contagious and we understand the importance of having fun.  A can do attitude, supplemented with a fun approach is what inspires MHD to provide a high level of instruction to our participants.

Pride - We pride ourselves on our passion and efforts to the game of hockey.  We take pride in being positive role models for the kids that we work with.
